Earthen Oven by Steve Troppoli

This is a dome shaped earthen oven made of clay, sand, and pine shavings. The oven can be used for pizza, pita and other breads, roasting vegetables and just about anything else you can cook in a conventional oven. This oven can get up to 800 degrees and is still toasty warm the morning after we have used it.
